A brilliant day out in the sun for our first expedition. For loose parts we were creating playground structures which would be inclusive to children with disabilities focusing on UNCRC article 23. Brilliant teamwork shown by all.

Room 16 went outdoors to create the star constellations. They were positive and creative learners by replicating the map with counters and chalk. @woodside_school
Room 16 enjoyed the sunshine when learning about angles. We created different angles in pairs. We then used these photos to measure our angles created back in class. @woodside_school
We have been looking at the UNCRC article 23. We learned that some artists use their feet to create amazing artwork. We gave it a go in class. Great creativity and determination shown by all. @woodside_school@WoodsideRRS

P6B have worked extremely hard to learn a dance sequence. So proud of how they are such a supportive class. They then went on to create their own dance sequences. @woodside_school
This week we are learning all about ptobability. Today we rotated stations where we learned to place events on a probability line, recorded results on probability of rolling dice and flipping a coin. Super discussions and challenging each others opinions. @woodside_school
Room 16 and I were all in the learning pit when creating our beautiful yellow flowers for mental health day. They showed great resilience and thought about positive affirmations to write on their petals. #HelloYellow@WoodsideRRS@woodside_school
Room 16 have been practising their rounding skills outdoors. We were able to identify our misconceptions to increase our understanding. @woodside_school
Such a fun, entertaining night last night with some of our primary 7's. We shared spooky stories and had a fun quiz created by themselves. So much laughter and giggles had by all. @MissEdgely@woodside_school
