The problem is that everyone is afraid for their job all the time. Everyone. So the managers always make out like its the support staff to save themselves.

My role as an NHS "pen pusher" meant our psychiatrists didn't have to type & send multiple clinic letters or referrals a day, book appointments and deal with routine queries - freeing up their time to see more patients. Admin staff keep the NHS turning. This headline is gross.
