I’m a good teacher.
I’m resilient. I’m adaptable. I care deeply about my pupils and I will move the earth for them. I love my subject and I know my stuff. I plan, I teach, I mark, I go to meetings, I organise charity events, I direct school plays. I love my job.
But I am tired.
@EsmePainter I had the Pfizer and took paracetamol straight after just in case because I’d heard horror stories! But other than the arm pain I felt fine

I think teaching is the only job you have to work, before you get to work, so you have work to do at work. Then because I had no time at work to do work, I have to work after work to catch up on the work I didn’t do while at work.
