@matthewcbp@GreshamMiss@MrTs_NQTs I’d be interested in your reasons why it’s not a good idea. Often, the challenging students give me something positive to say and the forgotten students get praise when they otherwise wouldn’t. In my school, phone calls home are very effective.
@La_Biologuita Remember that it’s not personal. You’re not doing anything wrong and their attitude isn’t a reflection of you. Kill them with kindness and keep on, they’ll abide by your expectations if you stick to them. Doing everything non-verbal sounds like great advice!
