@alexjamesMD Duolingo and Spanish TV (Que pass USA is free on YouTube for example). Watch the news in Spanish. Big thing is immersion.

For medical Spanish - if you have a good conversational foundation + you practice with patients the medical part will come with time. Focus on regular 1st!
