@BastieVelo I had a black cab do a similar thing. My finger was broken & my bike slightly damaged. Unfortunately 2 weeks before a booked 3 week cycling holiday. I used my union to make claim against the driver. Took over a year but I received £6000 compensation.

This zebra crossing on westbridge Rd was completed months ago @wandbc @TfL. Having a sign saying “not in use“ for so long is a accident waiting to happen as people still need to cross there, noone knows who has right of way. Please hurry up and get it in action!

Leaving the zoo today a boy pointed to our cargo bike and said “wish we could get a bike like that”. The mom’s response was “we don’t have money for fancy bikes, we aren’t rich” and then they crossed the street and got into their newer Nissan Armada SUV.

Chillingham Road Primary school had a problem with pavement parking (and driving). Last year I installed 2 benches. They were well received. So I fundraised for more benches and planters. Now it's a safe space for everyone to use.

Just watched a white van driver shout abuse at two overseas students for following green arrow and crossing a side road, when he was following red arrow turning left and should have given them priority. This recent change to the Highway Code needs some serious driver education.
