@AskNationwide All devices used have English set for all. Have tried using mobile data, and different WiFi connections and experiencing same issue. No VPN has been used.
@AskNationwide why, once I’ve put my card details in online and press pay securely does it come up in Mandarin when checking with the bank? I can’t read any of it so just always click the back button. I only want to buy some lights off B&Q!
@AskNationwide This is happening on other websites as well. This happened over the last week. I have tried different devices and it still occurs. The only correlation is my card details. And it is the security verification generated by nationwide that is coming up in a different language.
