I will NEVER buy from Argos again. Purchasing an item for delivery, a delivery driver stating a parcel has been delivered and that he saw a woman coming to the door, when there is NO WAY!!!

Gained advice from Citizens Advice who say it’s not my fault as I DID NOT pre-agree to leave my parcel ANYWHERE. I’ve been advised it is the seller’s legal responsible to sort the issue. @Argos_Online say there is nothing they can do to help

The delivery policy also state”Larger and higher priced items excluded as someone must be at home to accept delivery”. I’d say an item over £300 is a larger higher priced item.

Argos not even listening to what I have to say. I’m now over £300 out of pocket because they can’t follow their own delivery policy that states “all goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery”.
