@O2 your customer service is absolutely shocking! So disappointed! Repeated attempts to get a number transfer processed. Spoke to cust services on diff occasions, put on hold and cut off. TWICE. Seems deliberate. And still no number transfer processed. So bad
@O2 need help switching o2 number from my old account to my new one (also o2) - had to open a new one because the upgrade prices were way too much.
Have tried to call but told 30 min wait & then cut off.
