Marcy also shared the first book she wrote during her time in kindergarten: a well-loved, taped and stapled paper booklet with images (and a few words) recognizable to many of the students and teachers. Thanks for an incredible visit!

Custodian Ed Novak spent his last work day with his favorite people - the kids and staff at McDowell. Ed is a mainstay at McDowell and as an Explorer, and we are wishing him the best in retirement. A clap-out and many tears were just two components of his final day. We ❤️ u Ed
