@susiewoo79 @tes @NickGibbUK You have other things like internet access. Providing workshops and funding for those in disadvantaged backgrounds.
Many students have other responsibilities which is not helped by schools not supporting them due to lack of funding.

@stevekers442 @tes I would agree in terms of helping search and guide options during the whole journey, but some parents don't have a clue and schools can help guide them to services, my local area used to have an amazing external company do this for free for every child if they wanted it...

She was promoted, I left because she stopped me being promoted stating I worked hard but was packed initiative because she literally stopped any progress I tried to make.
I left and then later advised she was personal friends with governors who loved her.

@WhistleblowingT 1/1 It's funny because I got called up for leaving an hour after contract time finished (did it once for an appointment even though everyone knew I left at 6pm). My manager came and left on the dot everyday and when I brought this up, they stated she had other things to do.

@tes I've seen non maths teach teach it. They don't. They otherwise teach what worked for them or just don't know how and the students have to figure it out.
