To end our sessions before the holidays, I taught my mom how to operate the MyFitnessPal app. The app allows her to keep track of her calories in and her calories out by tracking her food intake and physical activity 🥑🥬🥕⛸🚲 #letsteachadults @YEPeducation

@JeeJoanna @YEPeducation She hadn’t downloaded an app in a while so she completely forgot what it was! Thank goodness she had it written down somewhere! I also taught her how she can keep all her passwords safe using a password manager app. 🔒

This week I taught my mom how to download the Covid Alert App and also taught her how it works. Great surprises arised as I had no idea that my mom did not know her Apple ID and password along with what Bluetooth is! 😲 #technologylesson #lockdown #letsteachadults @YEPeducation
