I’ve disliked, reported & skipped political attack ads & blocked the channel putting them out & yet @ the top of my home page is an autoplay ad for Trump. That ad cannot be reported, removed, disliked, nothing.

Hey @YouTube and @GoogleAds, why is it that even though I’ve turned off political ads, I’m still bombarded with Trump propaganda that I can’t turn off like every single other ad? It upsets me to see that stuff and I don’t appreciate not being able to get it off of my screen.

@Alphabattack Doesn’t matter whether you fill it out or not YT is shoving Trump on everyone. Even reporting them does nothing. Maybe this is an FCC OR FTC issue and a few fines will remind YT that there are rules about political ads.

The fact that trumps team payed for unskippable unblockable smear campaign ads that pop up at the top of YouTube anytime you open it and the fact that YouTube is actually running them is really gross. You'd think they would decline and be impartial but money talks I guess.

Just over a year ago they updated the audio context standards to require a user's touch or click as consent first before autoplaying video or audio, which is fine, but now you go on Youtube and the first thing you get is an autoplaying donald trump ad, initally it was with audio
