@united How can I get a refund of the Mexican tourist tax on a flight I purchased? I am a resident of Mexico, so I don’t need to pay this tax, but when I bought the flight, it didn’t give me an option to put where I live.

@AraJetAirlines, why are you making it impossible to get refunded the Mexican tourist tax? I am getting different answers from every channel I contact and now you’re telling me whatever you can so you can keep my money. What a terrible company and trash customer service. 😥

@AraJetAirlines Arajet is the company who charged me this fee. Every other airline issues the refund to the customer if they aren’t subject to the fee. Your website says it’s a tax charged to tourists, but I am not a tourist, I reside in Mexico. There is no migration entity that deals with this

@AraJetAirlines Do you have an email I can contact to request a refund of the Mexican Tourist Tax for an upcoming flight? I am a resident of Mexico and therefore entitled to this refund, but the phone numbers and WhatsApp do not work for me to contact a real human.

It feels wrong that I paid for a first class bus ticket, and paid to choose my seat, and then got put on another bus 3 hours later. It feels even worse to then have the company try to blame me for their mistake by telling me there was no delays and that I missed the bus.

Avoid @FlixBusBrasil at all costs. I was stuck waiting for a bus from Rio to São Paulo, and then got an email saying it was delayed. The bus never showed up. They did put me on another bus 3 hours later, but I had paid for my original seat and the new bus was not the same.

The employees tried to fit as many people from my scheduled bus on to that one, but there was not enough space. The employee told us he didn’t know if our bus would even come or when, and they’d put us on another bus. It was stressful and frustrating.

@united I’m not that mad you cancelled my flight, but getting an email before I got to the airport (or at all) would have been nice. Is there any compensation available for this? Dropping a lot of money on transportation to catch a flight tomorrow instead is really stressful 😭

I’ve spent hours trying to buy a @united flight, only to get an email receipt saying I’ve been charged more than it said on the website. So I immediately cancel, but now I lost all my flight credits, still don’t have a ticket, and the chat agent is useless. 😭😅
