Absolutely disgusted with the recent service (or lack thereof) by @bestwestern in Daytona Beach Speedway. Got to the hotel which was booked via @bookingcom to be told at check in my room was cancelled. I’ve paid for this room. When we get back to the UK I want answers! So angry.

Absolutely awful service from Wembley @premierinn yesterday. Check in from 3pm, didn’t get into the room until quarter to five, gig opened at four. Apparently only one person on reception checking people in at one point! Unacceptable.

Apparently, “helping” me consisted of asking me to give information already given and repeating the line of being past the 48 hours. All in all I suppose it’s a little humorous that this probably cost them more money than a simple good will gesture would have.

Really disappointed with @HiltonHotels @HiltonHonors
Contacted as I needed to change my dates by one day less & was told to call hotel direct. Did this and now my bill will be higher than it was with the extra day! Not told the bill total on the phone. Used to love the hotels.😞
