I had taken up a diploma in photography from @shawacademy, initially you said it's free but after the completion of first module you asked me to pay, in order to extend the membership to which I used my flipkart offer. Now to get my certificate I have to pay 6k. This is not free

I have a few suggestions, if @PMOIndia is reading this.
- Safety signage boards at certain KMs.
- A standby team at points popular as tourist attractions.
- Give notices to hotels, hostels and home stays, to compulsory inform the tourist about the accident prone areas.

I lost a very dear friend yesterday in a drowning accident at Tapovan, Rishikesh. This isn't a first time someone has lost their loved one. Every year we have such incidents in multiple numbers. I request @PMOIndia to take the necessary steps to avoid any further loss of life.
