Doing these quizzes twice a week on the class novel is also improving retrieval and attentiveness tenfold. Haven't got a copy of Room 13 for each of the kids so they're having to just listen and half still got full marks on this today - and it wasn't an easy quiz!

@blondebonce BPVS is an objective measure, but I think it's more applicable to identifying language delays? Could be worth a look though.

@ianaddison @FromTAtoTeacher I've had so much fun in Y2 this year. It's good to look at all the DFE exemplification to get ideas of pitch to begin with. Lots of concrete and pictorial scaffolding for Maths, as well as not rushing into writing huge stories. Quality over quantity!

@MrENQT Maths. I'd love to see the progression of each class as you taught them it year on year too.
