Not often I receive a gift of a herb. And I've never come across this one before! Jiaogulan. Notably used for tea. (I am not a herbal tea person really. For me, it's builder's tea all the way!) I tried it raw. Kind of sweet and bitter. Interesting! Now, research and experiments.

Carrots and onions to use up. And a massive Garden Sage bush in the garden to cut back. Not that fond of Garden Sage. My fruit Sages are still small. So I added Tarragon to temper the bitterness. Wonderful! You can create great flavours by mixing herbs. Make them work for you.
