Can anyone recommend a short story or passage that’s good for using when teaching sentence structure? It’s for an S2 class with a focus on lists, questions and repetition? Bonus if it also includes imagery and good examples of word choice! TIA @Team_English1

2B3 have worked so hard on the ‘fortune teller’ critical posters they’ve created based on our class novel ‘Stormbreaker.’ Had to make a window display out of their hard work so everyone can view it 😍! @QAHS_English

National 5 turned into detectives for the lesson trying to work out the clues based on their SST knowledge - so proud of them showing off what they know and solving them 🕵🏾‍♀️🔎📚

Please share your wisdom with me world of teacher Twitter 🙏. Tried and tested ways of teaching RUAE either BGE or senior phase.. sometimes I feel like I’m talking to a brick wall and it’s so disheartening 😅. Anything is appreciated 🙏
