@MsJasmineMN I found that metacognition and explaining how the brain reacts under pressure (and how to trick it into calming back down) helps with this hugely. Creative parts of the brain shut down when under perceived danger (eg high stress). Happy to explain more by DM
@engteacherabro2 I'm having a similar issue living abroad but in reverse - work is great and my department is lovely but finding it so difficult to meet people and make friends!
