@northernassist But if I dont make it in time for the 12:36 Northern one can I get the 12:41 Transpennine? The fact that I have had delays and cancellations on both my trains is ridiculous. I should be able to get on the next fast train to York. Not one that takes an hour and 17 minutes.

@northernassist Do you mean the 12:17 or the 12:36 that takes over an hour?? My train to Leeds was cancelled. I am having to get an Uber to Leeds train station to get to York.

A £13 price difference between Comfort on 2 separate accounts. Both are Uber One members. Both are regular users of Uber. I have seen more examples of this when we both look in a morning to get to work but with a less obvious difference.

@Uber This is indicative of using personal data (ie behaviour patterns) to make unfair pricing decisions. 2 journeys. Both reserve. Looking around the same time. Same destination. Same starting address. (2 screenshots from overpriced account to show start point was the same)

@northernassist Could I enquire why I was able to buy advance tickets for my trains from Bradford to Saltaire at £1.80 and now the trains that I normally get have gone up to £2.90? It surely can't be availability as I am looking days in advance. I usually get the 16:10 train.
