Hi @Hermesparcels ...I’ve just paid to send a parcel via the app and it’s not showing on my parcels ready to send section. Please advise.

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

@TheRangeUK Please can somebody reply to my dm?

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

@twittingheck @TheRangeUK Did this ever get sorted for you? I can’t get through...even to a queue 😬

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

@TheRangeUK Please could somebody reply to my DM ASAP to sort out a delivery that has been muddled with somebody else’s. On hold for ages 😬

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

@HisenseUK @ao They have booked to exchanged the machine and we’ve gone for @WhirlpoolUK . Hopefully a better experience! 2/2

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

Hi @HisenseUK we have a faulty 4 month old dishwasher. Please advise the quickest way for a repair/replacement.

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

@HisenseUK The appointment got rearranged for 28/07-the machine would have been broken for nearly 2 months by then. Luckily @ao have been great. 1/2

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

@ao Thank you Sam-I’ve just replied.

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

Hi @ao Have contacted by ‘instant’ chat, DM and phone to no avail. Have now received a text with unhelpful info and no way to reply 🤷🏻‍♀️

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

@HisenseUK Finding it impossible to contact @ao to complain to as well. @HisenseUK @HisenseGlobal @HisenseIntl

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

@HisenseUK It’s only 4 months old & well within the 2 year warranty. No guarantee the next appointment will fix the machine. Doesn’t seem good enough.

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

@Jaime_king_ I feel like you’re a good person to share this! 💖

Pen pals (a thread)
👋 what a strange time we’re in. So many people have spoken so eloquently about these crazy times that I won’t even try.

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

I would love to feel connected to you guys and I hope it may help you to feel connected too. Big, virtual hugs

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

If you’d like to write me a letter and ask an adult to take a photo and send it to me in a DM, I will write back.

So! Any of my little munchkins (who may not be so little any more!) I often think about what you are up to now.

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

Working with littles, I’ve seen that they are the most sociable of creatures, so I can only think that they may find this tricky too.

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

Personally, I’m finding the unknown length of time away from friends and family really quite sad.

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

I think some little yoga videos might be quite lost amongst all of the fabness!

[Sally Roberts @MissYogaRoberts]

Since this thought I’ve been so amazed with the amazing things going on for children to interact with remotely.
