I'm signed in and my account still valid until Sept 24 but the app is not letting me watch anything asking me to finish signing up! Can you please help?
@ellejeffrey@hayuhelps A bit late but I had this too! And then found if you switch to flight mode it seems to work better! Definitely not the best app experience though!
@hayuhelps hello, my hayu app has stopped downloading. Just has the thinking circle going around and around and around :( I've uninstalled and reinstalled but still no luck. Any ideas?

@UberUKsupport So...you refuse to refund me for an incorrectly delivered order. Worse still the item I ordered was noted with allergy restrictions. And yet you don't accept an incorrect item was delivered. Do you expect me to eat it and become ill!?? Please advise on next steps for escalation

@MsMillsy@easyJet Their behaviour right now is crazy! I've just has 2 flights changed to different flights. Those flights at the time of booking were cheaper and so I paid more for my original. Now I'm out of pocket & forced to amends my plans for a friends wedding! Profiting from their mistakes!
@easyJet 2nd flight cancellation and offer of a new option now means we are losing 1 day worth of our plans as well as being moved to 2 alternative flights which cost less than our original booking! Surely compensation should be offered due to your decision to do this!
@vouchercloud I have tried now to unsubscribe from emails a few times. When trying to get a pw reminder no reply comms is sent. This needs to be resolved as legally I should be able to unsubscribe!
