The future of food begins with the health of our soil.

Our agricultural soils are rapidly losing their vitality with over 52% of agricultural soil worldwide already degraded. When soil loses its organic matter, it loses its ability to produce nutritious food.

For soil to be agriculturally viable, it must have a minimum of 3-6% soil organic matter (based on regional conditions). This is the foundation of food security and ecological stability for our rapidly growing population.
