A2) I think that something important is to focus on the things that we can control. For example: What we put into our body and get out of our body are things that we can control. All of the rest we need to accept and move past it. #fitnessedu
A1) This is something that a lot of people struggle with uncluding myself because I am always worrying about something and it tends to take away from the memories or important moments I could be invested in, so Id say that it affects how present we are in the moment. #fitnessedu
@misskat231 I feel the exact same way. I am a very anxious person, so I am always worrying about the future and holding on to things in the past that I can't control. #fitnessedu
A4) A challenge for me has always been math. Most subjects come somewhat easily for me, so when math didn't I would get very frustrated and shut down. I learned to not be afraid to ask questions and that it is okay to feel frustrated, but not to shut down and give up. #BookCampPD
A3) I believe that student driven classrooms are great! If we get our students involved witht heri learning and making them feel like they have a say and that their thoughts are valued, that can go along way and create a great classroom environment. #BookCampPD
