A one-pager with bits that I want students to remember for the GCSE English Literature exams. It’s obviously stuff that needs to be expanded upon, but it should hopefully be useful as the basis for a final lesson or two before it all begins https://t.co/x22osoukof 🖊️
@virginmedia This would have been useful to know but I wasn’t told this by any of the 4 agents I spoke to. An engineer called me to explain he had fixed the issue - a rusty screw stopping the connection for 8 houses. He was super helpful. Shame no one on the phone could be clear and helpful.
@virginmedia no WiFi since 7am yesterday. Engineer appointment cancelled without me being told. I’ve now been told wait 48 more hours to see if the problem fixes itself. 4 hours on the phone to customer service and just been hung up on. Awful customer service.

A super engaging #retrieval activity. Best printed on a3 but works great on a4 too. A fun way to promote retrieval and oracy in a topic of your choice! 🐍 🪜 #teachers

A simple slide deck with a series of quotations from the AQA Power and Conflict poems. Words are missing from each, so the idea is that students identify them and then discuss the significance of the quotations themselves https://t.co/2FTwPm2xdS 💥
A thread of my blogs this year. I am probably on Santa’s naughty list for not blogging enough but I’ve been busy.

🔴🔴Macbeth🔴🔴
A document that I created which explores the whole play. I had 4 lessons to do this with Y11s who had been absent. If you're in a similar position, then feel free to use it ⬇️
