🚨🚨Sexual harassment of young female lawyers is a critical issue that demands our attention. I commend the victims for coming forward, as the allegations are extremely serious. I am prepared to represent those who have faced threats of defamation from the suspect for speaking out. The suspect is known to engage in LSK functions and take photos with leaders. I do not believe Faith Odhiambo would have allowed him near her if she had known of his predatory instincts.
I removed him from my LSK presidential campaign in December 2025 after receiving a confidential report about him. The perpetrator later joined Wakabata. Given the emerging allegations, I believe Wakabati will drop him too.
As a father of both a daughter and sons, I feel a responsibility to lead in protecting victims and dismantling the culture of impunity. If I do not stand up now, what precedent will I set for my own children?
I am here for the victims. Your stories will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. As an experienced practitioner, I am committed to effectively representing those who need support. Do not be intimidated. Share your stories. If possible, report to Kilimani Police Station. The perpetrator should be summoned to record a statement, prosecuted, and jailed. We must ensure that individuals do not take advantage of young lawyers.

Advocate welfare is the foundation upon which professional excellence rests. Chronic underpayment, delayed fees, and exploitative working conditions have become normalized, yet they directly undermine dignity and quality of practice.

This one sounds like those paid bloggers. Non lawyers seem to have a lot to say about the LSK elections. They should leave it to us as Advocates tujipange na mambo yetu.
“Man of integrity” yet surrounded by ABNO scandals?
Let’s be serious.
I used to believe advocates were wiser than the average crowd shouting wantam and tutam at Jacaranda Grounds. But when I listen to some supporters of Kabata, I honestly see no difference.
How can a man whose clear plan is to loot LSK through his client, ABNO, be packaged as a symbol of integrity? That is not leadership, that is capture.
LSK does not need recycling.
We need to drain the swamp.
New blood.
New face.
New ideas.
A clear vision, not a mission to loot.
That is why the future belongs to leaders like PMO, @pwanyama not those whose record raises more questions than answers.
I stand for a strategically strong bar [ 'SSB'] . The SSB agenda outlines our commitment to advancing the legal profession with a clear vision and actionable strategies:
1. Strongly protect the practising space with clarity, courage, and consistency. We must be consequential about this or perish as a profession.
2. Strategically grow the practising space and venture into emerging areas of legal practice. We must be pushy. Plant the seeds the growth of the legal sector.
3. Strengthen the rule of law, independence of the judiciary, and boldly tacke the corruption.
4. Offer fresh, structured, innovative and leadership. We will shake things up. But do so after consulting advocates including senior members of the bar and the Senior Counsel Committee.
5. Support LSK branches in a meaningful, qualitative, and consequential manner. No more promises and empty talk.
6. Create and strengthen support systems for young members of the Bar to rise, thrive, and lead.
7. Lead the Kenyan bar into the Brave New World shaped by technological convergence, artificial intelligence, anti money laundering, data law, and climate change conversations.
This agenda serves as a roadmap for our collective efforts to enhance our profession and adapt to the evolving landscape.
