@easyJet My luggage was lost for 9 days. I lost work through this. When finally returned there was damage to the contents. I emailed a formal complaint on the 29th February. No response. Appalling customer service. Where do I go from here?
@easyJet It has now been a week since you lost my luggage. I am a performer and my custom made costume was in my luggage. Everyday itโs missing Iโm losing bookings and money. How will I be compensated? The service is appalling.
@easyJet Worst service ever. Checked in my luggage at Gatwick, label attached, conveyor belt took it off. Arrived in Berlin, NO LUGGAGE. Worst customer service ever. Was told I hadnโt checked it in!! 2 days later, no luggage, lost work, no updates. @easyJet Results please?
