That dreaded "driver has another stop along the way" message = cold food 100% 👎🏻👎🏻 We've stopped using UE for hot food and use Deliveroo instead. UE now only sometimes for cold sandwiches because of cold food issue, you're losing custom.

@marksandspencer My husband bought me a berry medley while in hospital today (15/04/25) with a Use By of 17/04/25 but the strawberries have furry mold on the!! He bought it at the hospital M&S self checkout so he didn't get a receipt, but this is not ok 🤢

@StarbucksUK You only have 3 disabled bays at your Plymouth Road store and I don't think anyone checks for blue badges? I've arrived and had to leave without getting a coffee several times due to the bays being full, but rarely with all parked vehicles displaying badges sadly.

@sainsburys What is your short shelf life policy? I've received a whole chicken in my delivery this evening with a use by of tomorrow! Usually get good dates on whole chicken to last until the weekend so this is a disappointment. I don't have time on a Wednesday to cook a roast!
