Si el problema era que el Estado intervenía demasiado en las relaciones laborales, resulta muy llamativo que la solución libertaria del gobierno más libertario de la historia de la humanidad sea el que convoque, dirija y empuje la renegociación de más de cien convenios colectivos.

Un mercado laboral libre no es aquel donde el gobierno decide qué debe renegociarse, cuándo y bajo qué marco regulatorio. Es aquel donde trabajadores y empleadores acuerdan voluntariamente sin tutela política.

Cambiar el contenido de la intervención no equivale a eliminar la intervención.

El libertarismo propone menos Estado. No un Estado diferente administrando las mismas relaciones desde otro escritorio. @CGRLaw

El resultado fiscal base caja y los instrumentos que capitalizan intereses permiten mostrar un resultado financiero mejor al real.

Aunque lo intenten, la verdad nunca va a surgir de un ministerio, de un presidente ni de una autoridad centralizada repartiendo a discreción recursos públicos.

La verdad surge a partir de millones de personas contrastando información, debatiendo y corrigiéndose mutuamente. Por eso una sociedad libre necesita a una prensa libre, incluso cuando se equivoca.

Historically, South America has proven irresistible to certain inhabitants of the northern hemisphere eager to escape the consequences of their terrible actions. 🇦🇷Argentina was the favored destination for thousands of Nazis after the collapse of the somewhat-less-than-thousand-year Reich. Now another northerner seems to be readying his own ratline to Argentina: the tech-and-finance overlord Peter Thiel. Over the weekend, The New York Times reported that the vaguely reptilian billionaire investor was “decamping to the end of the world.” That meant that Thiel, a longtime connoisseur of doomsday scenarios, had bought a mansion and moved his family, at least temporarily, to Buenos Aires.

The big question raised by Thiel’s panicked peregrinations is why one of 🇺🇸US richest and most politically influential tech investors has decided to do a runner to locales some 6,000 miles away at this particular moment in history.

Thiel seems to be paranoid that something big and bad is coming—not necessarily to the US society as a whole, but for him personally, and for others in his rarified political and social class. The Nazis decamped to Argentina after the war to escape the Nuremberg trials. It’s not quite clear what exactly Thiel thinks is coming now, but he’s let us know that he’d like to be at least 6,000 miles away when it hits.

NO CANCELARON DEUDA, SE HICIERON TRAMPA JUGANDO AL SOLITARIO

La realidad no es que cancelaron Letras Intransferibles que le debían al BCRA. Es solo un artilugio contable.
El BCRA emitió $ 24,4 billones para transferirle utilidades al Tesoro. Con esos pesos emitidos el Tesoro le pagó las LI al BCRA, es decir, le entregó al BCRA los mismos pesos que el BCRA le había dado por "utilidades"
Las letras se pagaron con emisión y un truco contable, con lo cual es una farsa la baja de la deuda.
Si el BCRA tuvo utilidades, tendría que haber vendido activos por el monto a transferir, eso se llama realizar la ganancia, y luego transferirle al Tesoro el producido de la venta de activos.
Acá el BCRA no realizó ninguna ganancia. Solo emitió moneda.
Hicieron trampa jugando al solitario.
En términos más técnicos, contabilidad creativa.

Aun si existiera una interpretación legal que habilitara a Milei a bloquear la designación de la jueza, el problema seguiría siendo moral.

Porque el liberalismo republicano consiste precisamente en aceptar los límites institucionales cuando el resultado no nos gusta.

Si sólo respetamos las instituciones cuando coinciden con nuestra voluntad, no estamos hablando de una república. Estamos hablando de la discrecionalidad propia del autoritarismo. @CGRLaw
