Am trying desperately hard to remain positive/optimistic, but how can a former Ofsted Chief Inspector conduct an ‘independent’ inquiry in to the actions of an institution they once led? An ex-headteacher would never be asked back to review the actions of one of their successors…

Does anyone else feel like parents are becoming increasingly disrespectful towards school staff? It's disheartening to witness my incredible team in tears last week due to some parents criticising their hard work. My staff are exceptional and do not deserve this.

When you get ‘good’ from @Ofstednews they make you all feel absolutely shit, even the next day, week, month? We struggled to tell staff anything positive they had said 🤔. Don’t be over ambitious in the curriculum. We use oak academy for history (Gov approved!) 🤔@PaulGarvey4

After HMCI saying Ofsted won't now introduce any major changes before the GE, is anyone hearing reports of any poor inspections & behaviour by inspectors? Any complaints since Jan?

Because after the training & Oliver's words, there should be NONE.
