A ConCon requires the legislative cooperation of the Senate which will naturally fight against any move to erase it. The President should simply do what Cory did (and which the people accepted): Terminate the Constitution, rule by decree in the interim, and have a new Unitary form Constitution drafted. A ConCon can be called for this using a blend of popularly elected district delegates and appointed delegates (subject experts). Elected delegates should exclude current members of Congress & political dynasties. We cannot go on like this with a dysfunctional legislature that could potentially overwhelm our highly burdened criminal justice system.
