@ninjalampie @sainsburys Does not surprise me with @Deliveroo. Their customer service is shocking! My last Sainsbury’s order via them-the bag split & it all rolled down the road! Including fruit & veg & burst yoghurts/ milk. They refused a refund! Never again!

@northernassist Of course they do. But if that is part of their role, & needs to be completed before each journey, that really isn’t a reasonable excuse for a train leaving late. Perhaps they need to get to the train to do these a little earlier?!

@northernassist How can a train already be late leaving the 1st station?! When the crew stroll up 5mins before & don’t open the doors until 2mins before it’s due to leave (9:39 for a 9:41 departure!), so everyone on the platform has 2mins to cram on probably doesn’t help 🙄

When your @CrossCountryUK train arrives over 30 minutes late & you put in a Delay Repay claim, & NINE WEEKS later you still haven’t received your claim, something is very wrong with the process!

@PapaJohnsUK are ‘committed’ to ‘continually evolving’ their rewards. By this, they mean giving you less for your money. 20 points was worth £3, now 20 points is only worth £2. A whole pound lost, which will impact how worth it the ‘Rewards’ are. i.e they aren’t really anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️
