Since its a work place and the posters are all over the walls,floors in every corner of the building,I believe it will eventually attract the eyes of the Workers and they will be forced to read it therefore information will be passed unto them somehow.

Install Running water Taps and soaps/sanitizing agents and a thermogun at every entrance of the work place.Put posters about social distancing and preventive measures on floor,walls etc
