@EE That I had to wait another 72 hours after the last one was rejected. These calls have taken place all with off shore India and not managed to speak with anyone from the UK from the right team which even more frustrating.
Whatever has happened is a massive issue.

@EE I have called, emailed and called again this has been very stressful and very concerning. You have a serious issue at your distribution and how they are getting away with this and bypassing your checks.
