1 year before the 1986 vaccine act was passed because pharmaceutical companies were being inundated with lawsuits for injuries that would soon bankrupt them, there was a panel of doctors and vaccine injured people on the Phil Donahue show arguing about vaccines and answering questions from the audience.

One of the panel members who had GBS from a swine flu vaccine, said in her research that vaccinations are highly implicated in autoimmune diseases as well, like lupus, arthritis, MS, and other inflammatory conditions that began to increase dramatically with increased vaccination, so this discussion really isn't new.

This show aired nearly 40 years ago now, and we're still debating the same issues on vaccines to this day, with the same complaints of not being heard by the government or pharmaceutical companies, denial of causality by administrating doctors, and how they were trying to force people to get vaccinated to keep their kid to school and how hard you had to fight for an exemption.

I think an ignorance of history is one of the greatest reasons why all this insanity continues as usual. People are too obsessed with the "current thing" like the war in Ukraine or some other MSM psyop, and can't take the time to look back on history, precedent, and past narratives, and then use that knowledge to properly inform on the present. Otherwise we're doomed to repeat the same stupidity over and over again, sleepwalking into oblivion.

At least 4 independent studies (Hooker, Mawson, Garner, and my own surveys) found an odds ratio of 5 or more for autism being more likely in the vaccinated vs. unvaccinated. This means that 80% or more of autism is caused by childhood vaccines. There aren't any studies of fully vaxxed vs. fully unvaxxed showing otherwise that any of us are aware of. Congress tried to get the NIH to do a study on vaxxed vs. unvaxxed, but the bill never made it out of committee.

This man's name is Jonny McCoy, and what happened to him is impacting the lives of millions.

In 2009, Jonny was out with a friend in Columbia SC where he was working as a corporate lawyer, when police officers began to arrest his friend.

Police claimed that his friend was refusing to leave a bar, but video evidence showed he'd already left.

Jonny asked the officers why his friend was being arrested, what law he had broken, and why he wasn't being informed of his Miranda rights.

Officers responded by assaulting Jonny and arresting him as well. They claimed later that Jonny resisted arrest, which the video showed was a lie.

Jonny was put in a jail cell and left there for days.

While he was there, his cellmate killed himself in front of him.

Imagine going from having a fun night out with friends, to being assaulted and wrongfully arrested, to having someone end their lives in front of you, all in a matter of a couple hours.

Jonny's case was eventually thrown out, and he was awarded a settlement in court, but the trauma of that night continued to haunt him.

Determined to stop that kind of horror from happening to anyone else, Jonny used the settlement money to start his own legal practice in Myrtle Beach.

He represented many high profile clients, celebrities as well as people who were abused by government.

One client of Jonny's is a man named Julian Betton.

In 2015, Julian was at home when a SWAT team burst in over $100 worth of cannabis. Julian was shot 29 times, almost killed, in a coma for months and left paralyzed from the waist down.

Police claimed that they had knocked and that Julian fired at them first.

Video evidence proved they never knocked or announced, and forensic evidence proved that Julian never fired his weapon.

After years of legal battles and public lies from multiple agencies, Jonny was able to secure a nearly $12 million settlement for Julian.

Jonny was in the courts winning justice for his clients, and was well-regarded as a rising star in the legal community.

What very few knew was that Jonny was falling apart.

The horrors of that night in Columbia left Jonny with PTSD and a xanax addiction. Here's how he described it:

"I thought 'I've never heard anybody describe how much pain this is.' It was total and utter hell. I didn't want to be a hero any more, I didn't want to be a lawyer any more. I just wanted to be a healthy guy."

In the midst of all of this, Jonny met a woman named Patricia. They fell in love and got married.

Despite meeting the love of his life, Jonny still couldn't bear life.

Two months after they married, he tried to kill himself.

Really, he just wanted to sleep forever.

Thankfully, he woke up.

When he did, he checked into rehab and began reclaiming his life.

He's been sober ever since.

Jonny realized that he wasn't the only one who needed help with mental illness and addiction, and he wanted to give back.

BREAKING MUST READ: The new PIfzer/Moderna shots coming out are under the PREP Act, which requires only voluntary participation. Moreover, "it appears" these shots will be the first licensed product vials to hit the shelves. The FDA told these companies in JUNE to make a shot, and they did in less than 60 days. However, despite 361,000,000 potential contraindications between the two drugs and 19,000 other licensed drugs, the FDA actually licensed them for commercial marketing, which is why they will not let them outside of the PREP Act's absolute immunity. NURSES, all seasonal influenza shots are also under the PREP Act for this year, which means you are not required to take the shot under a mandate.

However, the HHS Sec has brought ALL child vaccines under the PREP Act to provide absolute immunity for all damages, bringing into question the vaccine injury fund and how it might not be available to new victims. HHS ALSO is providing PREP Act immunity for ALL seasonal influenza "vaccines," which means that no one can be required to participate, and I am releasing a video explaining the legal reason why.

AMERICA - EVERY child vaccine administered this year is under absolute immunity, and every seasonal influenza vaccine is under absolute immunity. Additionally, many masks, testing articles, and protective equipment are still under EUA and the PERP Act.

Here is what is covered:

Any antiviral, any drug, any biologic, any diagnostic, any other device, any respiratory protective device, or any vaccine manufactured, used, designed, developed, modified, licensed, or procured:

To diagnose, mitigate, prevent, treat, or cure COVID–19, or the transmission of SARS–CoV–2 or a virus mutating therefrom; or

to limit the harm that COVID–19, or the transmission of SARS–CoV–2 or a virus mutating therefrom, might otherwise cause; (b) a product manufactured, used, designed, developed, modified, licensed, or procured to diagnose, mitigate, prevent, treat, or cure a serious or life-threatening disease or condition caused by a product described in paragraph (a) above; (c) a product or technology intended to enhance the use or effect of a product described in paragraph (a) or (b) above; or (d) any device used in the administration of any such product, and all components and constituent materials of any such product.

WAIT, you're not ready for this: HHS Sec extended the disease categories under the PREP Act, which could be 100% of all diseases and medical treatments.

"The category of disease, health condition, or threat for which I recommend the administration or use of the Covered Countermeasures is not only COVID–19 caused by SARS–CoV– 2, or a virus mutating therefrom, but also other diseases, health conditions, or threats that may have been caused by COVID–19, SARS–CoV–2, or a virus mutating therefrom, including the threat of increased burden on the healthcare system due to seasonal influenza infections occurring at the same time as COVID–19 infections, which will lead to an increase in the rate of infectious diseases."

In other words, if you go to the hospital due to an auto accident and the hospital uses a respirator that is under the PREP Act in a manner causing you significant harm, the hospital can claim PREP Act immunity because they were under an "increased burden" to attend to all the other patients in the hospital for COVID-19 even though you did not go to the hospital for COVID-19 treatment.

The PREP Act is the most unconstitutional piece of legislation ever to come out of Congress. Don't believe me? Congress wrote into the PREP Act that the judicial branch of government can not issue a writ of mandamus nor review the legality of the HHS Sec's actions. In other words, the legislative branch provided one person with god like authority that they said that no person in America can touch including the President or the Supreme Court. An authority overriding the U.S. Constitution, state's sovereignty, and our Due Process rights.

No person can require any other person to participate in a "covered countermeasure" under PREP Act immunity and I intend to get that ruling from courts around the nation.
