Sir like I was telling you the man who was our commandant while I was in NAFRC oshodi is AIR VICE MARSHAL

So normally after expiration or our course that means after 6 months in oshodi there's this allowance that all the participants used to be paid,army ,navy and Air Force inclusive
The allowance is code named SP meaning starter pack which is suppose to be 1million each for all the trainees in respect of your force being your an army ,navy or an air force

During the time while we are on course, the commandant always brief us that immediately we're done ,we will all be paid

Up till this moment that I'm texting with you the money has not yet been paid

The funny thing is that he's no longer there as the commandant
