In 2020 London streets were filled with "protestors" marching against the death of George Floyd. A death that occurred in a city they've never been to. In a state they can't find on a map.

Today the news is filled with reports of a white British male who died at the hands of UK police because they refused to give him medical attention while they were cuffing him for committing zero crimes. They simply followed the words of the assailant who told the cops he made committed the "crime" of "being racist".

No one in the streets. No kneeling by politicians. Only a grieving father and a half hearted apology by the cops.

The market feels better supplied today than it did in October. That's what happens when you have a 70c flat rally and a spread curve that refuses to put proper carries in ahead of time. The entire nation has been holding onto their supply to liquidate June/July.

CIF corn bids for June now below +80N and declining. Carry from June to July is trading around 7c...for 4 weeks. It's bigger when you factor in barge freight.
