@RiskofRain Bug: Friend was playing MUL-T, got the Ocular HUD usable. As long as he holds the left click down with the nail gun, the crit chance lasts way longer than 8 seconds.
@shinymanaphyff I can't help thinking that the small percentage of #Article13 supporters is relative to the small percentage of people who hold the wealth of America. For instance, back in 2017, 83% opposed the FCC's (For Cash and Coin) ruling (Scarborough, 2017). Yet, it still passed?
@dtmorin1 Question. A website's page should only link to another internal page once, right? For instance, there should only be one hyperlink to a contact page, not five, yeah?
I think I've forgotten the fragrant puke/piss smell combo of some of the bars in Charleston. Even weirder, I yearn for glorious reunion on the day the odor re-enters my nasal cavity.
@yelowpocahontas That's an extremely valid point. For those who either can't express themselves well in person or for those who have extreme social anxiety, it's extremely beneficial. That's a good thought. It alleviates that initial tension of small talk
Also, real talk, let's include dating sites. Most people are a joy to talk to through texting, but in person, they can't hold a conversation well at all. Is overconsumption of technology crippling our ability to have fluid conversations or is it something else? #comm3120
The real question is, am I really suffering from not having a Facebook? Even more, do I want a job that would judge me based on my profile, let alone based on if I have a profile or not? #comm3120
@jennabigler@UVUBland I used to be active on social media but I found I started comparing myself to other people. That and I found alternate means to connect with my loved ones. Mostly, the more time I can spend away from my phone, the happier I am. However, maybe it's just my lack of understanding
My last one for the day since I'm spamming the feed, has anyone considered the pros of trolls? They, being the way they are, show us what we are susceptible to. They show us that we sometimes give in too easily to something we know we shouldn't succumb to. #JustAThought#comm3120
What is the purpose of posts such as the #Laurel debate? What are the pros and cons of the consumption of such posts? Why do posts like this come about? On a side-note, completely related, #TeamLaurel#comm3120
