@funkyj@EmmaSengsta @pstew129 @BetteMidler I don't know what you're talking about -- I'm no defending any "meme." I disagree with the post at the top of this thread. Read through it again, more carefully this time, and you'll see that.
@funkyj@EmmaSengsta @pstew129 @BetteMidler I'm only talking about people who want to get through all the departments in a day, as the poster above implied. My point was, if you wanted to be so completeist as to try to visit every department, you'd need to do it in more than one day.
@coreygoodie @WCM_II @Talkmaster@AnnCoulter@Apple "i have read this many times thought it to be true ... but i researched and this was not the case" is a phrase i wish we heard MUCH more often these days
@EmmaSengsta @pstew129 @BetteMidler Or you don't attempt to see every work of art in the Louvre in a single day. That's impossible without rushing too fast to truly appreciate the experience. Take a few trips if you want to be so completist about it.
The biggest knock against Biden among those who favor a moderate democrat is that he's too old. So Bloomberg jumped in as the alternative.
- Biden's age: 77
- Bloomberg's age: 77
@chaircrusher@makapala Lindsay Buckingham was a major songwriter in FW and wrote some of their best songs. He was always my favorite, although his songwriting style was the most different vs. the others so it's understandable that tastes differ greatly on this point.
@jblewbo@NickLutsko She's an expert witness providing constitutional testimony for the prosecution in Trump's impeachment trial. Republicans claim she's "picking on a child" although it's obviously just a harmless pun on his name. Shows how desperate they are.
Funny how the Trumps & conservatives seem to ignore Barron until they can score political points thru faux outrage on his behalf. The prof's joke (re constitutional controls on presidential power) was: "The president can name his son Barron but can't name him *a* baron." Horrors!
