one thing i find despicable is the rise of home espresso machines. you get espresso/cappuccinos while you are out. it is a social event. you go out to get a coffee. absolutely pathetic and anti-social to have this equipment at home
The less specific the name of a Christian church is, the more evil it is. If your church is called something like Immaculate Southern Methodist Congregants of Christ you're probably normal but if it's called C R O S S R O A D S, you are in danger.
This is what football/soccer was like just 6 years ago:
- 3 substitutions
- Continuous 45-minute half with stoppage time
- Referees actually made decisions and we lived with them
- No Conference League
- The World Cup was 32 teams
- No risk of private equity buying stakes in the World Cup

I propose that the quickest solution to fix US Soccer is to take all the newly built Pickleball Courts and repurpose them into streetsoccer futsal courts. It will make us a true soccer nation and we will win the World Cup once this happens.
I wrote about how predictably and depressingly useless football is at dealing with players who are charged with rape and sexual assault
