Hi @HalifaxBank - one suggestion, when it’s lunchtime and you have 6 staff in your Nottingham branch foyer (3x mooching around with tablets), and none of them dealing with customers stood in a queue, maybe they need to apply some common sense and serve them? 🤔 🤦

@trentbartonland please could you ask your Mainline drivers to use both lanes in the approach to the A52 Radcliffe gas works. Sitting in the left lane simply causes more delay by not correctly following the highway code and merging in turn.

Hi @AskNationwide trying to call about my mortgage and the letter you’ve sent says phone line open 8-6pm Mon-Fri. Just called at 5:30pm (Friday) and prerecorded message says you’re closed from 5pm 🤔

@trentbartonland when passengers have been waiting ages for a no-show bus, and two turn up, please direct them to the one leaving first - not the one that sits at the stop for another 5 minutes!

@trentbartonland *should* but very occasionally doesn’t - frustrating that drivers just shrug when this happens 🤷‍♂️ when it’s clearly a software/hardware glitch

hi @trentbartonland Mango app wouldn’t scan this morning and kept defaulting to payment card when the phone went near the reader. Driver told me it was “cos you’ve got too much going on on my phone”. Hmm not sure that’s right 🤔

@waitrose @LelluR A big miss from @waitrose – one of the reasons I shop there less, plus the reduction in ranges over the past year or so. @marksandspencer food shop in Newark on Trent has provided a rival that certainly gets my custom more often. 🤷 #listentocustomerfeedback
