@FrontierCare It doesn’t matter what I send you’re still not acknowledging (more so covering up) the fact the one(if not multiple) of YOUR employees are STEALING!! Not just money but identities!!
@FrontierCare why after two months is the only compensation $180(which I still haven’t gotten) ?!? That’s a good $100 less then I spent! Why am being forced to accept less then what I’m deserving of?! Then what I’m owed?!
@FrontierCare They used a website to book the flight.. && you want me to believe that if it was an employee they would be dumb enough to do it through their employees credentials😒 && since you didn’t see that then I must be lying.
@FrontierCare now I’ve worked a number of CS jobs! I KNOW there has to be a way to see when a customer file has been accessed by an employee. I called feb 9th to cancel. And Feb 12 to extend! ANY EMPLOYEE THAT ACCESSED MY INFORMATION IN BETWEEN THAT TIME IS THE THEIF!
@FrontierCare Not only used but used ON the day it supposed to have expired. One way from PR to PA?! IVE NEVER BEEN WITHIN 1000 miles of either of those places! And AND they used my name & bday! How?! How were they getting on the flight!? So exactly how deep/far does this fraud mess go?
@FrontierCare $213!!!! I made a flight to MKE from FLA Feb/2020 had to cancel for Covid. Flight was originally $256ish. They only gave me $213. I was unhappy but took it and didn’t say anything. I call to extend it a year later they tell me it’s be USED! 🤨 #HowSway!
@FrontierCare It’s been two months!!! I haven’t gotten one email as to the result or update on the “investigation” on how my flight credit was stolen from y’all company! The fact that your employees are able to steal and you tell me “tuff cookies” is mind blowing to me!
@FrontierCare Why? Covering up your employees stealing from hard working people? How else would they have all the information to utilize a credit on the day that it was suppose to expire?! Why is sensitive information not protected!? My identify was stolen by your employees and you blamed me!
