@ChiswickFox @RishiSunak As I said, your fictitious situation doesn’t exist because work visas are employer sponsored. If someone stops work after a week (or employer stops paying salary/NI), visa gets revoked. And they lose NHS access too.

@ChiswickFox @RishiSunak It’s free. That’s never been nationality dependent. You will get free treatment in govt hospitals and health centres even if you are on tourist visa. What we are discussing here is the NHS surcharge on working immigrants, not tourists. Tourists use insurance, can’t access NHS.
