BC needed to change. We knew that we needed a new party that the people wanted.
This floor crosser ran as a conservative in a very different time. people woke up to conservatism as BC needed help, by-election.

@BobDEithKC My clients ask me if the land is part of the FN land proposals. They are worried to purchase presales in case the land ownership changes and that stops people buying therefore developers don't proceed.
