@CantianSeven Did you get any good recos? I think a lot of platforms require personal kyc before you can verify an entity. Trying to figure out the same thing in Canada
@Alan_Couzens Hi @Alan_Couzens , my lab has separate options for V02 Max test and a Metabolic Efficiency Test (which shows substrate at intensities). Should they not be able to calculate this from the RQ on a V02 Max test?
@DerWeiseTele I’ve put together the banister model so far to get an k1 estimate using his estimated VO2 Max calculation in ch. 9 but this only gives me a k1 for whatever tss and performance history input in the model. Is it chapter 9 where you saw this also?
@DerWeiseTele Hi Tilman, could you share how you calculate K1 Response as a time series? I'm trying to code this myself in python but I can't quite wrap my head around how to do it.
There is a ton to unpack here and I will gloss over the main points.
1. The LLC buyers generally buy vacant and abandoned homes which end-users couldn't buy, finance or repair. Taking abandoned properties and rehabilitating them adds to the overall housing supply.
@alotofsouffl3 @PromoPremiers@ComixVillain@BillyM2k I’m agreeing with you. The solution to housing affordability is in the supply. Big corps are easy to point fingies at but they mainly buy in rental areas and regulating them won’t move the needle.
@alotofsouffl3 @PromoPremiers@ComixVillain@BillyM2k Investors buying for yield and not speculation aren’t typically competing with owner occupied buyers. Rental areas vs. Owner occupied areas. Supply can be more easily incentivized with less economic damage than demand can be hampered through regulation.
@DanStorage The “housing collapse” arg seems to neglect the fact that selling requires buying at higher rates. If supply/demand effects are almost equal, the real question is what impact does eroding real wages have on inventory. How many downsize or turn to renting?
@N8RealEstate Way too much imo and not much of a discount. Sellers gotta realize he’s got a non performing note at 0%. PV alone has to be less than that. Maybe something you offer 2-3k for the note and walk, follow up every month and see if he’s gotten paid from his buyer.
