A really insightful read here. Interesting to note how the integration of a multi disciplinary team leads to inter disciplinary outcomes when led and managed that way. The key being the leader. Great work @ajbeardo
Being a member of the @the_ASCA PCAS demonstrates that you operate under an ethical and values based scope of practise.
The main question here is if you can be a member of PCAS, ANYONE with L2 can be, why aren’t you?
For the past two years @the_ASCA Women’s Advisory Group has been Chaired by Narelle Sibte. The WAG has piloted a number of initiatives to further female S&C Coaches.
Support Narelle’s nomination for @the_ASCA Board to further these initiatives
Being a member of @the_ASCA Board means working for the organisation to progress the industry, not progress personal agendas. Good governance is all about giving back to the membership for no remuneration. PCAS members please take that into consideration when voting on Dec 15th
As a Board member of any not for profit organisation, you’re responsibility is to the members. The @the_ASCA is a member organisation and works for its members for the S&C industry in its role as the peak industry body. Recognition by other industry bodies is essential to do this

Exploring some partner trunk movements resisting rotation from long lever positions. I like to add these accessory movements in to switch things up and to add a wrinkle of fun, difficulty and competitiveness. Always exploring!
At this point the hip airplane isn’t anything groundbreaking but changing your position of support I think is. I like the feeling of getting long in that single leg deadlift position and extending overhead to create more tension while rotating. Always exploring
