माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री @HemantSorenJMM जी, एक बार फिर अपनी बात आप तक पहुँचाने की कोशिश कर रहा हूँ। मेरा चयन University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC), USA में Fully Funded PhD in Economics के लिए हुआ है। पढ़ाई का पूरा खर्च University उठाएगी, लेकिन विदेश जाने के शुरुआती खर्च के लिए आपकी मदद और मार्गदर्शन की उम्मीद है।

मुझे अगस्त के पहले सप्ताह तक University पहुँचना है। इस संबंध में मैंने आप सभी को ईमेल के माध्यम से विस्तृत जानकारी और आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ भी भेजे हैं, और जरूरत पड़ने पर उन्हें दोबारा साझा करने में खुशी होगी।

मेरा चयन University of Missouri - Kansas City (UMKC), USA में Fully Funded PhD in Economics के लिए हुआ है। मेरी पढ़ाई और research का पूरा खर्च University उठाएगी। लेकिन मैं एक आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर परिवार से आता हूँ, इसलिए विदेश जाने और वहाँ शुरुआत में रहने-बसने के लिए ज़रूरी खर्च जुटा नहीं पा रहा हूँ।

मैं Giridih DC Office, उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, SC/ST कल्याण विभाग और कई जनप्रतिनिधियों से भी मिला, लेकिन ऐसी कोई योजना नहीं होने के कारण कहीं से मदद नहीं मिल सकी। सभी ज़रूरी documents पहले ही जमा कर चुका हूँ और मेरा visa भी तैयार है।

सर, बहुत उम्मीद के साथ आप तक अपनी बात पहुँचा रहा हूँ। अगर किसी भी तरह आपका मार्गदर्शन या मदद मिल जाए, तो यह मेरे और मेरे परिवार के लिए बहुत मायने रखेगा।
