I know you usually cover court cases but this is very important. You would think something like this would have been all over the news. I don't watch it that much so maybe I missed it.

@MTLegalAF I am subscribed to your YouTube channel and watch your videos all the time. I was wondering if you could do a video about Rep James Comer introducing a bill that would cede all power of congress to Trump?
Melanie Stansbury was questioning him about the bill and he was lying through his teeth that all it was was a change of date on Article 5. It seems like he was trying to modify Article 5 or somehow use it to grant all powers to Trump.
@Uber_Support PLEASE ELIMINATE THE REQUIREMENT FOR OVERLAY!!!
It intrudes with using other delivery apps especially. It doesn't even work right when we get a popup offer, we can't see the route and WE CAN'T GET TO THE FULL APP TO SEE IT.
This requirement was gone for 2 years.
The way the app worked earlier this year was perfect as far as getting offers. We would get a notification with the dollar amount. Now it's a small notification if you turn overlay off after going online which is a pain in the butt. It's hard to even hit that notification.
@sergioaved@Uber This was a few weeks ago. Of course if you disable it after going online now the notification doesn't show you a dollar amount so it's pretty useless. Also even with it enabled the pop-up offer doesn't show you the delivery route and even hitting the overlay doesn't open the app
@sergioaved@Uber I saw your story in the Rideshare guy email. I put a poll up on Reddit to see how people felt about the overlay/ appear on top and almost everyone said they didn't like it. I'm sure you realize that after you go online you can disable appear on top which is better
@sergioaved@Uber It reared it's ugly head last year for a day or two and I called support and it went away. It started for me this time when they changed the way support works so you can't call support outside of the app. I don't know whether it was a mistake or it's a requirement for the support
@sergioaved@Uber I've been doing Uber Eats since the end of 2020 so I've seen this requirements come and go. It went away about 2 years ago which was good. If you had it disabled you'd get a notification like most other apps and you'd see the dollar amount in the notification.
Do you think Grubhub/JET should change the tip from $1.00 default to 20% default and remove the "optional tip on top of driver benefits" line COMPLETELY?
Drivers usually get about 50% of their income from tips, but since this change drivers only get about 25% of their income from tips. The result is drivers make less money on GrubHub.
#Grubhub changed the tipping page in their app in California after they were bought by #JET (Just Eat Technology) in 2021. As a result of this change drivers have seen much lower tips on average compared to other delivery apps.
@FedExHelp Once again I had a package that SHOULD have been delivered on a Saturday and a delivery attempt was supposedly made at 8:33 AM.
There is a front desk on my building.
I KNOW someone was there.
How many times does this need to happen before you do something?
I will DM
@FedExHelp ONCE AGAIN, MY PACKAGE IS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME.
IT SAYS DELIVERY ATTEMPTED (as usual).
It is a hotel. There wasn't anyone at the front desk at 8:35 am on Saturday?
This is the same thing that happens EVERY TIME!
DELIVERY ATTEMPTED! NOT WE DONT HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE.
