@SamsungIndia Green line issue in samsung phone is common now a days but within warranty is unpredictable and also not providing proper solution is a harrasment for the loyal customer. My phone is within the warranty and it's more than a month not providing warranty.
My samsung galaxy S21 FE has green line issue and I have contacted Agartala service center. It's more than one month I have not received my handset . After repeated visit they are asking me to contact Samsung head office other higher official. !!Disappointing!!

It has been more than 5 months when I have asked samsung for my galaxy s10 lite green line issue but samsung has not provided any solution. Then what is the benefit of buying premium phone???

@SamsungMobile Being a samsung handset user for a long time I am dissappointed. For premium range handset user samsung is provinding free service for green line issue but for samsung galaxy s10 lite its paid. Why this difference??
@SamsungMobile I am using a samsung galaxy s10 lite mobile phone. After an update I am facing green line problem in my phone. I have contacted nearest service centre and also mailed the same to your account but did mot get any reply. I am discouraged about this issue.
